S1 E7 When Life Doesn't Go As Planned with Mary Lenaburg

How do we adjust to a life that God has planned for us? Even if that wasn’t a life that we may have thought we wanted for ourselves? Today's episode interviews author and podcaster Mary Lenaburg who shares the story of her disabled daughter Courtney who developed seizures at five months old. This changed Mary and her husband Jerry's plans from what they expected life to be. Yet Courtney was exactly who they needed in their lives and taught Mary many life lessons about love, and humility. Mary also shares about losing her daughter Courtney in December of 2014 at the age of 22 She also believes that grief does not define a person, rather it becomes a part of one's story and that no two people grieve the same. Bible Passages from the episode John 9
