S4 E10 Holding Space for Grief with Kristina Talbot

Shownotes

Sometimes during the hustle and bustle of the initial shock of our loss and sorrow, we may find ourselves working on auto-pilot just to survive. But then, after all of the busyness that can come after loss, we can easily find ourselves continuing to move along without realizing we haven’t processed the loss we’ve experienced. While we know that we all process grief differently, when it does finally hit, it can be overwhelming. Who can we turn to for support and what are some of the different ways seeking professional help can assist us in processing our grief?
